Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $80 AUD within Australia. Orders are typically dispatched within [X] business days. Subscription orders ship automatically every 30 or 90 days based on your selected plan.
Change of mind returns
As Vitralise is a consumable food product, we're unable to accept change-of-mind returns on opened sachets for hygiene and safety reasons. If your order arrives unopened and in its original condition, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@vitralise.com.au to arrange a return.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, contact us at hello@vitralise.com.au within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Subscription cancellations
You can pause, skip or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard, with no cancellation fees. Cancelling prevents future charges and shipments but does not refund orders already dispatched.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within [X] business days.
